YTAA is led by directors Mr. Cheng Kah Weng and Mr. Cheong King Lun, both of whom have over 15 years of experience in personal financing for civil servants. Their backgrounds include marketing for other financial providers as well as managing their own portfolios.

In 2008, Menang Finservices Sdn. Bhd. (operating as YTAA) obtained a Money Lending License approved by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) under the Moneylenders Act 1951.

In November 2023, YTAA achieved a significant milestone by obtaining the BPA Code (Biro Perkhidmatan Angkasa). This authorization enables YTAA to provide loans to civil servants, cooperatives, and organizations, with repayments made directly through salary deductions via a secure, efficient, and systematic channel. Our services are fully focused on government employees under the BPA Code.
